Pigment inks and paper are rated to last at least 90 years.

This print is in landscape format.
Each piece comes signed and will be shipped flat in a rigid mailer via USPS Ground Advantage

Capybaras live in groups of 10 to 20 individuals. These semi-aquatic mammals live in areas near rivers, ponds, and marshes in South America. Capybaras maintain a relatively peaceful social order, where cooperation is key to the group's overall well-being. They are excellent communicators, using a wide range of vocalizations to convey messages like alerting each other to danger, coordinating movements, or reinforcing social bonds. Capybaras engage in mutual grooming, which not only strengthens social ties but also helps with hygiene by removing parasites. They also cooperate in keeping watch for predators like jaguars, anacondas, and caimans, with some members standing guard while others forage for food. Even the care of young is communal, with members of the group helping to protect and nurture each other’s offspring. This collective approach to survival–whether through shared vigilance, grooming, or caregiving–ensures the safety and success of the group as they navigate the challenges of their wetland habitats.
