ABOUT
Hello!
My name is Sally Harless and I work under the funny moniker of Sadly Harmless. I live and work in beautiful Bloomington, Indiana. I've been drawing my entire life, and I can't believe I get to do it for a living! I earned a BFA in printmaking from Indiana University in 2007 and started my career as a full-time artist and maker shortly after. I'm fascinated with the world of wild animals and have been learning about them, dreaming about them, and making art about them for over a decade. I use ink and watercolor and digital mediums to bring my animals to life.

Aside from drawing animals, some of my favorite things are: hiking trails with my French bulldog (Monty), drinking root beer in my hammock, all day float trips with my friends, watching creative competition tv shows, playing board games at breweries, and enjoying a good slice of pizza.
